About Cookpit

Cookpit is a text-aware mechanic search for Teamfight Tactics. Type a mechanic — anti-heal, sunder, mana-gain, attack-speed scaling — and find every champion, trait, item, and augment that touches it, with the exact ability text that proves the relationship.

What you can do here

  • Search the full Set 18 roster by mechanic, not by name.
  • Open any mechanic page to see every entity that enables, scales with, or counters it.
  • Cross-reference: every champion, trait, item, and augment page lists its mechanic interactions and back-links.
  • Read the source ability text inline — no aggregate stats, no opinions, no tiers.

Recipe — your private collection

Save champions, traits, items, augments, and mechanics you want to come back to. Click the + on any listing row, or "Add to recipe" on a detail page.

Your recipe is stored locally in your browser — no account, no cloud — and you can share it with a friend by copying the URL of your recipe page.

What this isn't

Cookpit isn't a tier list, a meta tracker, or a comp builder. It doesn't rank champions, score augments, or tell you what to play. It's a reference for theorycrafters who already have a comp idea and want to find the missing piece.

Where the data comes from

Static game data

Champion, trait, item, and augment data and icons come from Riot's official Data Dragon. CommunityDragon fills the gaps where Data Dragon coverage is incomplete or stale. All assets are mirrored to Cookpit's own Cloudflare R2 bucket — no hot-linking, no upstream calls at runtime.

A new set has just started

Riot's public data feed has not published every champion's numbers for the new set yet. Rather than leave those pages empty, Cookpit is showing numbers taken from a community database for now. This affects champion base stats and ability values, and they are the most likely thing on this site to be wrong today. Trait, item, and augment details come from Riot's feed as usual.

This corrects itself. Each of those values switches back to Riot's own the moment the official feed carries it, with nothing re-typed by hand. Where you see a ? instead of a number, no source has published that value at all — Cookpit would rather show a gap than invent a figure.

What Cookpit doesn't use

  • The Riot Games API. Cookpit operates at Riot's Personal product tier with no API key.
  • Player match history, account data, or any personally identifying information.
  • Riot Sign-On — Cookpit has no accounts and no login.
  • Community rankings, tier lists, or aggregated match results. Cookpit does read a community database for a champion's raw numbers while Riot's own feed is still catching up (see above), but never for how well anything performs.

Update cadence

Cookpit rebuilds on the TFT patch cadence, roughly every two weeks. Each refresh is started by the curator rather than by a timer: the new patch is ingested, the curator pipeline checks it, and the static build publishes to Cloudflare Pages.

Independent project

Cookpit is built and maintained by a single curator. It is not affiliated with Riot Games.
